Online Counselling
The Covid-19 global pandemic has changed the way we are able to interact with each other. We may not be able to meet face to face, but we can still connect in a meaningful way using digital technologies.

I can connect with you via Zoom or your chosen method of video meeting. I have undertaken specialist training to ensure I can deliver online counselling and coaching with consideration of the privacy, ethical and legal implications of online therapy.

Online counselling & coaching provides the same service as face to face counselling & coaching. It is suited to people who are looking to find ways of improving their lives, whether it's a loving relationship, or increased life satisfaction, finding a new perspective on an old problem or support through a challenging time.

Some considerations for you might be:

-
to have access to a safe, private and uninterrupted space for conversations to take place

-
having access to a phone, tablet or computer (including microphone and camera) with a secure and reliable internet connection

Please note, online counselling may not be so helpful for people with diagnosed mental health issues, people who are at risk of self harm, or people who may be at risk of harm from another if the details of the online counselling become known. If this is the case for you then I may be able to direct you to an alternative counselling therapist.
